Special Agent Colleen Peña,
Cyber Criminal Squad, FBI
Colleen Peña is a Special Agent with the FBI and works on a cyber investigative squad in the Minneapolis Division. She examines cyber-criminal violations such as ransomware, SIM swapping, and complex cyber intrusions. Colleen has been with the FBI for over 9 years and was previously assigned to the San Francisco Division. Colleen holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with minors in psychology and forensic science, a master's degree in forensic psychology with a cybercrime emphasis, and her Juris Doctor degree.
