Day at the Capitol
Southeast Minnesota is thinking and acting more regionally as we grow together, so Rochester on Tour has given way to SE MN Day at the Capitol! Working with neighbor Chambers, Southeast Minnesota makes its presence known at the Capitol in St. Paul. A regional agenda is brought to focus the legislature on Southeast Minnesota’s unique economic issues. The day includes a full schedule of legislative meetings, breakout sessions and a keynote luncheon, and is concluded with an appetizer reception before the ride back home. This event is designed to keep Southeast Minnesota in the forefront of the minds of Minnesota Legislators. The event allows a great opportunity to network and build relationships with businesses from many hometowns.
