ROCHESTER AREA FOUNDATION

The Rochester Area Foundation (RAF) provides mentorship to non-profit organizations from its inception to full maturity. In addition they have for space for non-profit incubation, with common spaces and two conference rooms available for non-profit use. 

SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER

The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) offers at no cost, confidential consulting to help businesses in SE Minnesota, identify, understand and overcome the challenges of starting a business, running a successful business, and developing exit strategies.  You may contact the SBDC directly via e-mail at semnsbdc@gmail.com or call (507) 285-7536.

SCORE

SCORE, “Counselors to America’s Small Business,” provides free and confidential business counseling tailored to meet the needs of your small business and your personal objectives. SCORE Chapter #406 also offers workshops, for a modest fee, for both start-up entrepreneurs and in-business small business owners. SCORE assists people who are starting a new business, buying or selling a business or need counseling on an existing small business.

RAEDI
Rochester Area Economic Development, Inc (RAEDI)'s primary goal is to attract, retain and assist the growth/expansion of base business within the Rochester Area.  RAEDI offers financial packaging, business planning, site/location support, and business/community advocacy. 

DMC
Destination Medical Center (DMC) is a 20-year economic development initiative to position Rochester, Minnesota as the world’s premier destination for health and wellness. DMC will provide the public financing necessary to build the public infrastructure and other projects needed to support the vision.

J2G
Journey to Growth (J2G) is a five-year regional economic growth strategy developed by Rochester Area Economic Development, Inc. (RAEDI) and the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce aimed at growing and diversifying the Rochester area economy. It is a partnership and platform aimed at engaging Rochester area communities, businesses, and organizations in order to fulfill the realization of economic growth and diversification.
