Member Mailing List
Reach fellow Chamber members in your mailings by purchasing a directory list of all current members and their addresses. This list is perfect for targeted marketing campaigns and to promote upcoming events you may have. Please note: We do not give out phone numbers or email addresses in these mailing lists.

Chamber Member businesses are encouraged to display the "Member of" Chamber logo on their website or other marketing materials. We ask that members use the Chamber name and logo with prior approval of use in materials by the Chamber.

Directory Listing
BUSINESS DIRECTORY LISTING: Each Chamber member is listed in the Chamber’s online Membership Directory. Members receive a free web link from our Chamber website to their website.This gives browsers who are looking for goods and services direct access to your website. Log into the Member Information Center (MIC) to ensure you are making the most of your basic directory listing and taking advantage of FREE OPPORTUNITIES with your Chamber Membership by building your web presence online! We recommend updating your Member Profile to 90-100% completion to maximize the potential of your listing.
ENHANCED DIRECTORY LISTING: Don't forget to take FULL ADVANTAGE of your Chamber Membership with an Enhanced Directory Listing (EDL) and SET YOUR BUSINESS APART in the Chamber's Member Directory!
Members who upgrade to an EDL benefit in two very important ways:
• Your business will be among the TOP LISTINGS whenever someone does a search in which you appear, or uses the top level search groups listed on the Member Directory page. Because EDL subscriptions are limited to the FIRST 10% of businesses in each top level search, your business will always rise to near the top of the list!

News Releases
SUBMIT A NEWSREEL FOR THE CHAMBER ADVANTAGE MAGAZINE
Do you have news about your organization that you'd like to share or more information about an award, milestone, promotion, or new hire than you can pare down to 70 words? Newsreels are included in The Chamber Advantage magazine at a first-come, first-served basis.
Be sure to begin the newsreel with your organization's name and that the news item is written in the third person. You can also include a photo as a part of your submission. You can also publish a News Release on the Chamber website which will give you more space to work with in terms of text count. See below for more instructions on posting a News Release online.
To submit your Newsreel for the magazine, please contact the Chamber or call (507) 288-1122.
POST A NEWS RELEASE ONLINE
Posting a News Release on our website will allow enough characters to post a full press release. Once you’ve saved and submitted your news release, we review it for approval. Once approved, the news releases are posted to our website's Member News page, re-posted to our social media, and linked in the “What’s New” section of our weekly eNewsletter.
Log into the Member Information Center
When you login, you will see the “Home” screen.
- On the left hand panel, select “News Releases” under the “Shortcuts” menu bar.
- You may also select “News” on the top menu bar, and then select “News Releases” on the left hand panel. From here, select the bright blue “Add News Release” button.
Please note: Anything that you would normally pay to advertise or market is not considered a news release, for example any product or event that has a fee associated with it. (If you know you would pay to publish the information in another media outlet, the same rules apply here).

Job Postings
As a Chamber Member, Hubsource, the Chamber's jobs board and resource portal, for FREE.
Hubsource is an online platform providing all things workforce for Southeast Minnesota, aiming to help opportunity providers and seekers find their best fit. This tool is free with your membership and will give you an edge, helping you to hiringskilled employees

Hot Deals/Member Promotions
Hot Deals are for posting any special deals and discounts. The Member to Member promotions are seen by Chamber Members ONLY, where as the Hot Deals are open to anyone who views them on the Chamber site. The only requirement is that there is some special discount or offer being promoted through the Chamber Hot Deals or Member To Member Promotions (not just a regular product or service offering).
There is no cost for Chamber members to post a hot deal - you post the information online through the Member Information Center

Log into the Member Information Center

Once approved, the Hot Deals are posted to our website, reposted to our social media outlets, and linked in the Hot Deals section of our weekly E-Newsletter. They are also sent out to anyone who subscribes to receive Hot Deals emails. [NOTE: Member to Member promotions do not get sent out with the Hot Deals Newsletter.]
